HOW TO ENROLL.
1. Inquiry about MCA / PDE by visiting our website.
Schedule a pre-interview visit with Principal Paul Sontag
by email psontag@milfordchristianacademy.org
or phone: 603-672-9324.
2. Fill out 3 downloadable forms below. (Also download
the Student Questionaire if in grade 7-12) Submit
to office by mail with $100 registration fee.
3. Have copy of previous school records sent or delivered
to MCA. Recent report card, standardized testing, and
any learning modifications or IEP.
4. Conduct formal family visit. If student is 7th or
above they will have a separate interview with principal.
5. Notification letter of acceptance will be sent within
one week after all forms and interviews are complete.
6. Placement testing will be scheduled in August or
before the start of school.
